  • Render legal advice and opinions for the Chairman of the Company.
  • Participate in the Business negotiations related to the Consortiums, joint ventures, SPVs with foreign investors and contractors.
  • Supervise daily legal advices.
  • Represent the Company in general legal matters.

  • Draft, redraft, and amend all legal contracts and agreements related to the Company’s work and accept or opine on any documents with legal nature.

    MANAGING PARTNER, DAR AL AMMAN LEGAL CONSULTANCY & ARBITRATION

  • Managing the Law firm technically and administratively.
  • Provide assistance in marketing the law firm in Oman and GCC countries as well as internationally through the Abu Ghazaleh Group.
  • Appear before the Omani Commercial Courts representing various international clients in litigation.
  • Provide legal opinions in different corporate law related matters.
  • Provide legal opinion and services related to Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
  • Representing various international trademarks owners and law firms, such as DOUX, Motorola, Pepsi inc., Disney .etc; as well as a French company dealing with the Armed Forces for the U.A.E., and the “KAMAZ” trucks manufacturers Arab- Russian Trading Company.
  • Filing Objections and cancellation petitions before the Trademarks Registrar.
  • Filing criminal cases of infringement against any copyrights counterfeiters.
  • Follow up with the trademarks Registrar on any disputed process of registration of any trademark.
  • Follow up on administrate related issues to the law firm, such as but not limited to, recruitment, marketing and printing press related matters, follow up on the licenses of the firm etc.

  • Leading the firm in terms of motivation of partners and associates.

  • Follow- up to accomplish the agreed directions and goals.

  • Supervision of the office administrator and supervision of the clerical and accounting staff.

  • Setting up the growth of the Firm’s presence and service-delivery capabilities in Amman – Jordan to be a regional hub for its 34 offices in the Arab World.
  • Provide leadership and support in three critical areas:
  • Deliver legal services to the Firm’s clients and thereby contributes to the Firm’s fee revenue.
  • Contribute to the Firm’s success and focus on the implementation of the Firm’s strategy and the delivery of its business plan and marketing plan with respect to services delivered by the firm.
  • Responsible and accountable for the financial and operational performance of the firm, as well as its day-to-day administration.
  • Producing periodical reports to the ultimate investors of the Firm with respect to issues involving implementation of the Firm’s business strategy, delivery of the Firm’s annual business plan, execution of the Firm’s marketing plan, and the delivery of professional services to clients.
  • Producing periodical reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Abu Ghazaleh Group of the Firm with respect to financial management; facilities and logistics; implementation of administrative policy; internal communications; human resources management.
  • Improve long-term revenue generation by strengthening the firm’s client base in the Riyadh market and internationally through the provision of legal services to international clients.
  • Manage the profitability of client engagements served by fee earners and staff in the Firm offices.
